ระบบจะแสดงเอกสารชี้แจงข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการเดินทางให้ท่านทราบบนหน้าจอ (ในรูปแบบ HTML)
ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับช่องทางการจอง เอกสารดังกล่าวอาจถูกจัดส่งให้ท่านหลังจากที่การจองเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว

การยกเลิกสัญญาการเดินทาง / การคืนเงิน

• (1) การยกเลิกก่อนทัวร์ออกเดินทาง
  • [1] ท่านสามารถยกเลิกสัญญาการเดินทางได้ตลอดเวลาโดยชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการยกเลิกตามที่ระบุไว้ด้านล่าง ทั้งนี้ "วันที่ยกเลิกสัญญาการเดินทาง" ในตารางด้านล่างจะนับจากวันที่ทางบริษัทได้ยืนยันการแจ้งยกเลิกของท่าน ซึ่งต้องดำเนินการภายในวันและเวลาทำการของบริษัทเท่านั้น 

วันที่ยกเลิกสัญญาการเดินทาง (นับย้อนหลังจากวันก่อนวันเริ่มทัวร์)		ค่าธรรมเนียมการยกเลิก
[1]	กรณียกเลิกตั้งแต่ 10 วันก่อนวันเริ่มเดินทางเป็นต้นไป (ไม่รวมกรณี [2] ถึง [5])	20% ของค่าธรรมเนียมทัวร์
[2]	กรณียกเลิกตั้งแต่ 7 วันก่อนวันเริ่มเดินทางเป็นต้นไป (ไม่รวมกรณี [3] ถึง [5])	30% ของค่าธรรมเนียมทัวร์
[3]	กรณียกเลิกในวันก่อนวันเริ่มเดินทาง	40% ของค่าธรรมเนียมทัวร์
[4]	กรณียกเลิกในวันที่เริ่มเดินทาง	50% ของค่าธรรมเนียมทัวร์
[5]	กรณีไม่มาเข้าร่วมทัวร์โดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า หรือยกเลิกหลังจากเริ่มการเดินทางแล้ว	100% ของค่าธรรมเนียมทัวร์

หมายเหตุ: "หลังจากเริ่มการเดินทาง" หมายถึง "เวลาที่เริ่มได้รับบริการที่จัดให้" ตามที่ระบุไว้ในข้อกำหนดการชดเชยพิเศษเป็นต้นไป
ตัวอย่างกรณี "หลังจากเริ่มการเดินทางแล้ว"
* ในกรณีที่ หัวหน้าทัวร์ พนักงานของบริษัท หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายต้อนรับเป็นผู้รับลูกค้า ให้ถือว่าเริ่มการเดินทางตั้งแต่เวลาที่ขั้นตอนการต้อนรับเสร็จสมบูรณ์
*ในกรณีที่บริษัทไม่ได้ดำเนินการรับลูกค้าด้วยตนเอง และลูกค้ามีบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบิน ให้ถือว่า "หลังจากเริ่มการเดินทางแล้ว" หมายถึงช่วงเวลาหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นขั้นตอนการตรวจสัมภาระและขั้นตอนอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ บริเวณภายในสนามบินซึ่งจำกัดการเข้าเฉพาะผู้โดยสารเท่านั้น
* ในกรณีของสัญญาทัวร์ที่รวมถึงการใช้เรือเช่าเหมาลำ: ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับค่าธรรมเนียมการยกเลิกที่ระบุไว้แยกต่างหาก (รวมถึงกรณีที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารแนะนำ ฯลฯ)
