※This tour is basically operated for Japanese travelers on a seat-in-coach basis.
The guiding or instruction will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get necessary information written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.
In case of emergency, your tour conductor will use translation apps on tablet devices.

≪About the decision of tour operation≫
◇ In case of cancel・・・We will let you know at least 4 days before the departure date.
◇This course has a final itinerary (with definite departure times and course details).
The final itinerary will be sent by e-mail 5-7 days prior to departure.

◆Private beds are separated by curtains in Western-style rooms and are shared between men and women.
◆The port of departure and arrival may change, and the itinerary may change slightly.
◆No nightwear, bath towel are available. Please bring your own.
◆If you are eight months pregnant or older, you will not be able to board the ferry.
In addition, if you are pregnant, the ferry company may refuse boarding depending on the wave conditions on the day.

◆If an infant uses a bed, an additional JPY 13,000 will be charged round-trip. If you need it, please contact us by an email after making a booking.
'■Solo participation is allowed.
■The staff will be waiting for you with a ''Hankyu Trapics'' sign (board or flag) at the meeting point. Please check the name of the course and register in the name of the representative.　Please come to register when all accompanying persons are present.
■No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
■Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
■Adult ＆ Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same.
Infant fee (aged 3～5 years old) includes only a bus seat. No services other than a bus seat will be provided.

取消旅遊合約/退款

• （1）旅遊開始前取消
  • [1] 您可以隨時透過支付下列規定的取消手續費來解除旅遊契約。下表所列之『旅遊契約取消日』，是指在本公司營業日的營業時間內，我們確認收到您提出的取消申請之日期。

旅遊合約解除日期（從旅遊開始前一天往前推算）		取消費
[1]	旅行開始前一天至第10天後取消（[2]至[5]除外）	旅遊費用的20%
[2]	旅行開始前一天至第7天以後取消（[3]至[5]除外）	30%的旅遊費用
[3]	旅行開始前一天取消	40%的旅遊費用
[4]	旅行開始當天取消	50%的旅遊費用
[5]	行程開始後未通知或取消而未能到場	100%的旅遊費用

備註：所謂「行程開始後」，係指根據《特別補償規程》所規定之「開始接受所提供服務之時間」起算。
若有領隊、公司職員或接待人員現場迎接旅客時：
* 若由領隊、本公司員工或接待人員負責接待旅客時：以『完成報到（接待）程序之時間』為準。
* 若本公司未派員接待，且旅客持有機票時：以『於機場僅限乘客進入之管制區內，完成行李檢查等程序之時間』為準。
※「若旅遊契約包含使用包船（郵輪）時：依據另行規定之取消手續費條款（含旅遊手冊等載明之內容）辦理。」
